The delivery of gifts to a customer is governed by the Gift and Hospitality Policy in the USA and in India. It requires the completion of a form for any gift of a value over $75 in the USA or over INR 5000 in India requiring prior validation by the supervisor, the CEO and the compliance referent or compliance officer depending on the values. In the UK, under its Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, gifts in excess of £75 are not permitted.

In this case, the gift is intended for the private use of the customer or any of his family members, which is strictly prohibited by our policy. This constitutes giving of a donation or advantage likely to influence the client's behaviour in the performance of his duties.
