There is no problem in organizing a reception with customers and giving them small gifts as long as it is only occasional. In this case, it is an expression of courtesy and good commercial relationships at the end of the year.
The handing over of gifts must comply with the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy or the Gifts and Hospitality Policy. In particular, it must comply with the equivalent Policy of the Client to whom it is given.
