The distribution of goodies and objects bearing the company's logo is authorized. As long as the value of the gift given (or received) is negligible or reasonable, taking into account the economic and social context of the country and the practices used in the country, there is no problem. However, gifts can never take the form of cash or cash equivalents (for example: gift cards, gift vouchers). Nor may they be given in the form of services or other benefits in kind (for example: a promise to hire or to work free of charge).
