• Breach of competition law
• Corruption
• Influence peddling
• Conflicts of interest
• Money laundering
• Violation of international embargo rules
•  Financing of terrorism
• Fraud
• Failure to comply with the rules set out in the Group’s Integrity Guide, the Ethics Charter or the rules of competition
• Duty of vigilance (serious damage to the environment or to human rights and fundamental freedoms)
