Elior has been a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact since 2014. The Global Compact is a United Nations initiative launched in 2000 aimed at encouraging companies around the world to adopt a socially responsible attitude and promote principles relating to human rights, international labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.

Furthermore, the Group is strongly committed to a business practice that excludes fraud and corruption. Indeed, in order to achieve this goal, Elior and all of its Collaborators pledge to act according to their principles of transparency and accountability.

Elior group promotes principles based on simple and strong values. The group's ethical principles illustrate a proactive approach and provide a shared framework for employees in the daily practice of their profession.

Our training program

Elior group is committed to properly training its employees. Training sessions are regularly organized throughout the Group to present the content of the  integrity program.

Elior offers training sessions to its employees, in a e-learning format,  via Academy by Elior, its internal training organization, but also in-person in some cases. 

The goal is to train employees in the identification and management of potential situations of corruption. Sessions are also organized for new hires. Do not hesitate to contact the compliance network to participate!

A dedicated compliance network

Elior group has a compliance network dedicated to fighting corruption, influence peddling, misappropriation, conflicts of interest, embezzlement and favoritism.

The network is divided into : a central group-level function and points of contact in every Business Units.

The various members of the network play a crucial role. They help preventing the legal, financial and reputational risks that Elior may face in the event of non-compliance.
